Newly remodeled 3 bed, 1 bath lake front cottage that sleeps 9. Only 3 miles from MIS (Michigan International Speedway). Master bedroom has a king and a twin size bed. 2 bedrooms have two twins each. There is one pull out bed down stairs. Gas grill, microwave, pots & pans, coffee maker, and fire pit by the water provided.
Special rates apply for race weeks and 4th of July. 50% of rent is due to reserve a week (due 30 days prior to check-in week). Monday to Monday rental. Cleaning lady will follow up after you to do the bathroom, flooring, and kitchen. This cottage will be clean when you check in. Bring your own sheets and toiletries. Pontoon raft is available at the dock for your enjoyment. Pets are not permitted, absent express consent of the Landlord. No smoking inside or deposit will be forfeited.

Great view of the water from the sunroom. Clark Lake is a 580 acre, natural spring-fed lake. The water is crystal-clear and the beach in front of this cottage is shallow and sandy. Great for kids to swim. Take the boat to the Beach Bar Restaurant and the Eagles Nest for lunch or dinner. Plenty of golfing in the area and there is a jogging trail around the lake. Come see why Clark Lake is the most popular lake in lower Michigan.
